This website presents our business and the partners whose products we represent, and provides contact details for arranging cooperation. The content is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Offers and terms of cooperation are agreed exclusively and directly with us.

3. Copyright and trademarks

Copying material from this website is permitted only with a link back to this website. The names, logos and trademarks of our partners (LAMBRECHT meteo, EEC, The Republic Group, TOTEX, Radiometrics and others) belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to inform visitors about our representation.

4. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.

Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

a) Data you send us. When you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you provide (e.g. your name, company name, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry). We use it solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We keep it for as long as needed to arrange and carry out the cooperation, and for the periods required by law. There is no contact form on this website.

b) Basic data about your visit. The server hosting this website automatically records: your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages and files opened, your browser and operating system type, the device type, the page you came from, and your approximate location (country or city, derived from the IP address, not your exact location). This data is used for security, technical maintenance and basic visit statistics, and is recorded by the hosting provider’s tools. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for a maximum of 12 months. We do not use it to identify individuals or for profiling.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar tracking tools.
  • We do not show ads and we do not sell data.
  • This website does not load scripts, fonts or videos from external servers.

4. Recipients of data

The website is hosted by a Croatian company, acting as a processor, on servers located within the European Union. The only external link on the website leads to the website of its developer (MCE Vukovar); when you open it, that website’s privacy rules apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can send a request to info@aws-trg.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
